Payments for player activity that are generated in any given month are sent via Bank Draft or Wire Transfer by the 15th of the following month.
Any commission balances that are less than $100 will be withheld until a future pay period when your balance meets or exceeds this minimum amount.
Commission statements are sent via email by the 12th day of the month and reflect your activity in the previous month. Any discrepancies should be noted in writing and sent to your account manager within 48 hours of receiving the statement. If no response has been sent, we will assume the statement has been approved and remit your payment accordingly.
